PLACING AN ORDER:
Q: Do you take purchase orders?
A: Yes, by mail or fax. The purchase order should include billing and
shipping information, accounts payable fax number, phone number, e-mail
address, purchase order number, item numbers, and an authorized
signature. Please fax to 1-561-627-3447.
Q: Do you take checks by phone?
A: We accept checks by mail only.
Q: What should I include in my mail to
you?
A: Please include the following: Name, Street Address, City & State
or Country & Postal Code, Phone Number, email address, item
number(s), title, and quantity of each item you are ordering.
Q: What are the shipping options?
A: USPS Free Shipping for US address's only. We also offer UPS: Ground,
Next Day, 2nd Day, & 3 Day for an additional cost. Next Day orders
placed on Friday before 2pm eastern time are delivered on Monday, Next
Day orders placed after 2pm eastern time on Friday(non holiday) will be
shipped on Monday. All orders placed on a Holiday will be mailed
the next working Business day.
Q: How long before I get my order?
A: All orders placed by 2pm standard eastern time Monday- Friday will
be shipped same day. All order placed after 2pm eastern standard time
will be shipped next business day. The delivery time is
determined by the shipping method you choose.
Q. How can I tell if my order has
shipped?
A. The shipping date is located on your receipt once your order has
been shipped. Please check your receipt by visiting
www.coachhuey.secureorderingonline.com and clicking on your "My Account" page. There you can
check your order history and view each receipt for the orders you have
placed.
Q: How long until I receive my
International order?
A: This varies greatly from country to country, but generally expect
your order within 6 to 11 business days. You can check when your order
was shipped by following the directions under the question: How can I
tell if my order has shipped?
